Our journey began in 2013 as Fresh Wind Graphics, born from the belief that exceptional design could transform how small businesses, performing artists, and non-profits connected with their communities. For over a decade, we specialized in print, digital media, and experiential design—but working deeply within underrepresented communities revealed a profound truth: our clients didn't just need beautiful designs, they needed comprehensive strategic partnerships that could unlock their full potential. They were brilliant entrepreneurs trapped in a cruel paradox—needing professional marketing to grow, but unable to afford it until they'd already grown.
This insight sparked our bold transformation: in fall 2025, Fresh Wind Graphics officially evolved into Katalyst Culture Creative, combining MBA-level business frameworks with creative excellence and authentic cultural competency to be the spark that ignites transformation and turns vision into market reality.
